Word on the street is that a new Fiona Apple record is imminent. Only been 6 years. Bring it on.

a very fine song about disappointment - "i thought it was a bird but it was just a paper bag."

i love how her piano really drives the song, like "criminal" or "shadowboxer" + others. and this video is great. i love how she smiles a little at 0:32 when the two boys first pop up from beneath the bar. it's like she's thinking, "this is silly". i was laughing too at first but it's a really thoughtful + classy little film. i like the choreography.
