George Harrison was an avid gardener who liked to put aside all concerns and get his hands dirty as often as he could. If I had lived in England when George was alive I would have found a way to volunteer to work in his garden because not only do I love George, I love to garden. You would be surprised at the variety of folks who like to mess around in a garden, including old ladies, professors, bikers...and there was George.
In May Ringo and George's wife Olivia were on hand to honor George at the opening ceremonies of the Chelsea Flower Show in London, the world's most famous flower show.
