Mary Ann Ganser of
the Shangri-las
Leader Of The Pack is not just a stupid teenie bopper song about a dude on a motorcycle. Listen to the melody carefully. It's a gem. The teen agony theme of the lyrics and vocals makes the melody all the more precious.
There's a reason for all of this. Leader Of The Pack was written by Jeff Barry and Ellie Greenwich, Brill Building genuises who churned out hits by the dozens.

Finally, we're getting into some serious music around here. However, I must raise one feeble protest. All who recognize The Shangi-las as the greatest teen angst girl group of all time recognize their finest hour was Remember (Walking in the Sand). (That would be me and my friend Billy Romero) Two unparalleled minutes of terrifying teen girl angst. Just possibly the greatest artwork of the twentieth century.
I'm pretty sure that the woman in the picture is Mary Weiss, not Mary Ann Ganser. In fact, if you go to her web site www.maryweiss.com you will see this same picture on the cover...
You ignored jsilveira who is correct. That is Mary Weiss.
