Lennon people will immediately recognize in Child Of Nature the melody of Jealous Guy, from his 1971 album Imagine. In my opinion Child Of Nature/Jealous Guy is one of Lennon's most beautiful melodies ever. Here it is in rough form with the Beatles.
Sounds like a mandolin in there somewhere--probably played by Paul or George.
